Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Please format the manuscript according to one of the provided templates (Word or LaTeX) in the Author guidelines section following the  example  paper model. You can also refer to previously published papers in our archives for guidance.
  • Please ensure that the names of all authors, along with their email addresses, are included within the manuscript as well as in the metadata. This is important for proper identification and communication purposes.
  • Adding DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) to reference items is a good practice for providing persistent links to the cited sources. This can enhance the accessibility and credibility of the references. Please ensure that DOIs are included in the manuscript wherever possible, and also in the metadata for comprehensive documentation.
  • Ensuring that the title of the manuscript is consistently written in title case (wherein the first letter of each major word is capitalized) both within the manuscript and in the metadata is important for clarity and professionalism. This practice helps maintain uniformity and readability across different platforms where the manuscript may be accessed or referenced.

Author Guidelines

For submission to our scientific journal, authors are required to prepare their manuscripts in English, following one of two specified formats:

  • LaTeX Format: Manuscripts should be prepared using the Informatica Style. Authors must integrate figures into their documents using one of the following methods:
    - Incorporate figures directly into the text as Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) files.
    - Supply the EPS files separately.
    - Provide camera-ready copies of the figures.
To assist authors, an example paper prepared in LaTeX is available, which should be referred to as a formatting guideline.
  • Word Format: Manuscripts can also be prepared using Microsoft Word, conforming to the Informatica Template. As with the LaTeX format, we provide an example paper in Word to guide authors in proper formatting and style adherence.

Authors are encouraged to carefully follow the provided templates and guidelines to ensure their manuscripts meet the journal's formatting requirements.

Authors should make sure that figures used in their papers are legible when printed in black and white (for example, series in graphs should not be distinguishable only by color).

To achieve high-quality language and presentation, we strongly recommend using language tools like ChatGPT. However, it is crucial to carry out final human modifications to avoid potential misconceptions and guarantee the accuracy of the content.
